Partner. Claudio Bazzani heads Homburger’s White Collar Crime & Investigations team. He specializes in large-scale internal and regulatory
investigations and advises corporate clients in compliance matters, with a particular focus on anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and economic
sanctions compliance. He represents clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings before Swiss and foreign governmental agencies,
including U.S. authorities, and in domestic and international litigation proceedings.

Joined Homburger in 2007 and has been a partner since 2015. Head of Homburger’s White Collar Crime & Investigations team since 2024.

Admissions: all Swiss courts (1994); New York Bar (1998).

Graduated lic. iur. with additional degree in European Law (2002) from University of Fribourg, LL.M. (2006) from The University of Chicago Law School and Dr. iur. (2007) from University of Lucerne. He is admitted to the Swiss (2004) and New York (2007) bar.
