Partner. Stefan Gäumann is the head of Homburger's Real Estate Practice and a partner of Homburger's Litigation / Arbitration team. He has extensive experience in representing clients in state court and arbitration proceedings on construction, real estate and other matters as well as in real estate-related regulatory proceedings. He also advises clients on real estate transactions and the planning and implementation of construction projects.
