Position

Charlotte advises food and feed clients on the legal processes required to place and market their products in the European Union.

Charlotte’s legal expertise covers all aspects of the practice, from obtaining approval from EU bodies to place novel foods on the market, to preparing and making requests to national and local bodies for matters relating to food and feed.

With extensive experience in providing legal advice on regulatory and compliance issues, Charlotte also provides advice for clients on the marketing, labelling and advertising of their products. She advises them on the legal requirements for compliance with EU regulations and other regulatory and reporting obligations and defends their interests in court.

Education

A member of the Paris Bar, Charlotte studied at Sciences Po Paris Law School, the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and Kent Law School.
