David Kohl works as a lawyer primarily in the areas of corporate law/M&A and insolvency & restructuring. His main areas of practice are advising clients on national and international M&A transactions, crisis situations, insolvency law and general corporate law. He also gained diverse professional experience as an associate at an international accounting and tax firm (Big Four) and as a university assistant at King’s College London, where he graduated in the top one percent of all students in 2013 with a degree in economics. In 2015, he completed his law studies at Karl Franzens University Graz and Esade Law School in Barcelona (Erasmus). Kohl is also admitted as a solicitor in England/Wales.
