Bernt Elsner is one of the leading Austrian experts in the dynamic and constantly changing field of public procurement law. His numerous publications and lectures have had a significant impact on Austrian public procurement law. He advises public entities on the structuring of complex tenders, advises bidders on their participation in award procedures, especially public-private partnerships (PPP projects), and frequently represents them in public procurement disputes. He has extensive experience in tender-relevant compliance issues.

Christoph Wolf is a partner at CMS and heads the employment and pensions team together with Bernhard Hainz. For over 15 years he has been particularly advising companies with respect to judicial and extra-judicial labour law matters, including the implementation of restructuring measures, negotiating works agreements and redundancy plans as well as settling disputes with works councils and employees.  An additional focal point of his work revolves around providing support to former state-owned companies, as well as dealing with various labour law-related issues in the area of compliance projects.
