Johannes Reich-Rohrwig is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Litigation Group at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz. For many years, Johannes has been one of the leading corporate lawyers in Austria and a highly esteemed litigator. As professor at the University of Vienna, Law school he has an outstanding academic reputation. He is author of various commentaries, books and articles with a particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust and partnership law, including the leading commentary on the Austrian Act on limited liability companies. He is co-editor of “ecolex”, the leading Austrian commercial law journal.
Johannes Reich-Rohrwig has been nominated for the award Acritas Stars 2021.
