Florian Mayer is a partner at CMS and expert for Corporate Law/M&A and Private Equity. His services include all tasks related to international transactions, from discussing the transaction structure, coordinating and conducting due diligence reviews, negotiating contracts, preparing and implementing signings and closings to handling post-closing agendas.

Florian has several years of practical experience in the field of corporate law/M&A, some of which he gained as an associate at a renowned international commercial law firm before joining CMS. He completed his court practice in Vienna. He completed his law degree in 2014 at the Karl Franzens University in Graz, where he also graduated in economics and worked as a study assistant and lecturer.
