Dimitra is Head of Corporate & Commercial practice, due to her extensive experience to corporate and commercial law, as well as to M&A issues. She advises clients on the wide array of legal issues arising from their pursuit of commercial practice, from day-to-day operations through complex transactions that transform their business.  

Dimitra is also a member of our construction, real estate and land development practice. 

She was previously a senior in-house counsel at Intrakat, a listed company and one of Greece’s largest construction companies. She has also provided legal assistance at other significant clients in a part –time basis, as a detached in- house counsel, so that she covers their temporary needs. Therefore, due to her double capacity (as in-house and external Lawyer) her experience is extended as regards the handling of a wide range of legal matters.  

Her wide-ranging expertise includes conducting due diligence reports, starting new ventures, ensuring corporate governance compliance, conducting strategic planning, raising debt or equity financing, buying or selling all or part of a business or carrying out corporate reorganizations, handling bid protests, drafting a variety of commercial, civil, construction and maintenance contracts, lease contracts, real estate and purchase agreements. She has also played a key role to the execution of multiple mergers & acquisitions as well as to the capital increase of Intrakat.
