Ellianna is a key member of our Employment team, specializing in both individual and collective labour law. She provides comprehensive legal support to national and international clients, advising on a wide range of employment matters, including remuneration and working time compliance, termination of employment, severance pay, collective redundancies, the digital work card system, business transfers, trade union rights, and strike legality, ensuring full compliance with the applicable legal framework. With extensive experience in employment law due diligence, Ellianna plays an active role in assessing labour-related risks and obligations during corporate transactions. She also has strong expertise in immigration law, assisting clients with the issuance of all types of work permits and guiding them through the application process. Beyond advisory work, Ellianna represents clients before the Labour Inspectorate, prepares out-of-court statements, responses, and legal remedies, and advocates for clients in court, handling cases involving wrongful dismissals, unilateral detrimental changes, workplace discrimination, and employment disputes. She is committed to ensuring effective representation in both administrative and judicial proceedings.
