Solène Delafond assists French and foreign companies, both listed and unlisted, as well as their shareholders or the management team, in complex strategic litigation, mainly in commercial, financial, or corporate matters.
In particular, she is specialized in post-acquisition litigation and disputes related to governance crises.
Solène Delafond regularly pleads before civil and commercial courts.
She joined Hoche Avocats after having created her own law firm and after having worked for eight years with the business law firms Rossi Bordes & Associés, then Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier.
