Rūta Armone is a firm`s partner and one of the most promising young generation M&A lawyers in Lithuania and the Baltics, with over fifteen years of experience in corporate, M&A and securities law. This significant role was achieved after years of successful work at the international level as M&A legal advisor. Ms Armonė has represented various public and private clients on general corporate and complex transactional matters, including public offerings on the Warsaw and London Stock Exchanges, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings. This includes working on clients’ corporate governance matters, assisting in legal due diligence, advising on transactions structuring and leading the project from day one to successful closing. 

Rūta is also an active member of the venture capital and startup ecosystem. She participates in working groups and associations to improve the legal and tax environment empowering entrepreneurs and high-growth tech companies to succeed. She is also active participant in the group working on changes to the Law on Companies and the Startup group which was formed by the Ministry of Economy to analyze and create instruments required for this ecosystem to grow.
