Mr Audrius Petkevicius is specializing in the spheres of agricultural and other real estate, territory planning, privatization and land taxes, and has an exclusive competence in dealing with the issues of land use, land privatization, land taxation and evaluation, real estate cadaster and register, territory planning, infrastructure development and use, land-related relationships and conflicts, environmental protection and construction.

He was involved in drafting amendments to laws and secondary legislation, including the following major projects: modification of the territorial planning system, modification of the land tax system, regulation of land ‘safeguards’, introduction of public land auctions, electronic procedures and documentation in land management and real estate cadaster.

Audrius is an expert at Ellex in Lithuania. He co-heads the Real Estate & Environment Practice at our law firm.
