Geraldine advises on  employment contracts, as well as advising on a broad range of international labour law issues. Geraldine’s recent experience includes:  r eviewing and commenting on employment handbooks for international and local companies;  advising on appointments and exits at all levels, including executive levels;  providing advice on company restructuring and redundancies;  acting for senior executives in their exit discussions and contracts;  liaising on a frequent basis with ministry of labour and the free zone authorities on employment related matters.
