FBC - Sagi Hammer
Mr. Hammer is a partner in FBC’s Real Estate Department, and his practice concentrates on all aspects of real estate transactions, including, development projects, income-yielding properties, financing transactions for real estate projects, sale and leasebacks and real estate taxation.
Mr. Hammer represents some of Israel's major real estate companies and entrepreneurs in complex transactions in Israel and abroad, as well as foreign investors in their local activities.
Mr. Hammer has a special expertise in large-scale real estate transactions, including real estate entrepreneurship, complex financing, investments and purchase groups for residential and commercial projects.
