Position
Henriette Gernaa is head of the firm's Dispute Resolution practice and Insurance sector group. She is also a member of the firm's off-shore and professional services cross-practice groups. Henriette has wide experience in international arbitration as counsel and arbitrator as well as in commercial litigation.
Education
University of Copenhagen, Master of Law 1993. The College of Law, London, EYLS, QLTT 1998. Qualified in Denmark 1996, solicitor for England and Wales 1998 (non-practicing).
