Michele is a Corporate Partner and Head of the Sheffield Office Michele specialises in transactional work, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, group re-organisations (including cross border and international transactions), banking work, and refinancing. She often deals with transactions which are in different jurisdictions across the EU and has acted for a number of her clients for many years, garnering a greater understanding of both their short and long term strategic business objectives. Michele has edited the chapter on buying and selling companies/businesses for the last five editions of Kelly's Draftsman.
