Tímea Bana is a Partner in Dentons’ Budapest office and a member of the TMT, IP and Data Protection practice groups. She has extensive experience in TMT, intellectual property, regulatory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), data protection, environmental law and general corporate matters.

Andrea Belényi is leading the firm’s Regulatory & Compliance practice. Having worked as one of the heads of the Hungarian Competition Authority for nearly ten years, she knows competition law inside out and she was involved in many high-profile competition cases. Her project manager experience and her nearly 20 years’ regulatory experience is unparalleled and makes her a valuable addition to the firm’s TMT team in digital compliance matters.  Andrea has also a strong track record in data protection matters. She is involved in most of VJT & Partners’ data protection related matters. She heads the data protection officer training program.

Counsel, specialising in employment matters, with an in-depth knowledge of the constantly changing Hungarian labour regulations. As well as handling everyday employment matters, he has experience in employment restructuring, preparation of executive and general employment contracts as well as advising in employment related litigation cases.

Senior Associate

János is a senior associate at Taylor Wessing, he is a member of the IP/IT Group. From a large number of cases János gained in-depth knowledge in the field of intellectual property rights, IT and data protection. He also focuses on commercial and distribution law as well as on Corporate crime & compliance. In addition, he has special expertise in the healthcare and logistics & transport sectors.
