Bedell Cristin
Jeff is a Partner and Head of the Jersey Property team. Jeff joined Bedell Cristin from another Channel Islands firm, having previously spent 12 years with Pinsent Masons in the UK. Jeff brings considerable commercial property experience to the team having acted for a significant number of multinational clients including investors, developers, lenders and private clients on a wide range of complex and high-value instructions. He has particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property finance and energy.
Carey Olsen
Will specialises in commercial property transactons and regulatory matters. Particular areas of practice include real estate acquisitions and disposals (including leasehold structures) and advising on construction and development projects. Will also advises on local property financing transactions (both commercial and residential). Will acts for a number of international investors, local businesses and financial institutions, on a broad range of commercial property transactions. He is regularly instructed on commercial real estate financing transactions, and provides local procurement, planning and regulatory advice on development and construction projects. Will also advises on property aspects of corporate acquisitions including due diligence reviews and reports on property interests.
