Azeezah is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate, Securities & Finance Practice Group. This practice group is involved in general corporate law practice, mergers and acquisition, taxation, telecommunications, capital markets, project finance & corporate finance.  Her core practice areas are Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructurings, Taxation, General Corporate Law and Competition Law; in all of which she has garnered over 15 years of hands-on experience.

Isa Alade is a partner at Banwo & Ighodalo with fifteen (15) years of experience in providing legal advice to corporate organisations and private equity firms. He obtained his LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of Lagos and was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in 2005.  He is an alumnus of the International Law Institute – Washington (ILI) and the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.His core areas of practice are Banking and Finance, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and FinTech.
