Frode A. Innjord is a partner in our Real Estate and Construction law practice area. Innjord provides both the private and public sectors with advice and dispute resolution within the field of real estate law. His professional experience includes assisting the largest public and private real estate developers in cases related to hydropower development, ground pollution, property disputes, expropriation and land regulation. His professional portfolio also includes advising the Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment for a number of years in matters related to compensation settlements after the establishment of nature conservation areas. Innjord is the editor of Gyldendals legal commentary on the Planning and Building Act. Senior Associate. Behncke assists Norwegian and foreign clients with various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, negotiations and general business law counselling. He possesses broad expertise within contract law, law of damages and insurance law, and has been involved in several extensive and complex disputes before the courts. Behncke has considerable experience of cases relating to professional liability and directors’ liability. In addition to his involvement in sizeable litigation assignments concerning directors’ liability and management liability, he has written an article on mitigation of directors’ liability pursuant to Section 17-2 of the Limited Liability Companies Act, published in Norwegian legal journal “Tidsskrift for erstatningsrett, forsikringsrett og trygderett” (journal for law of damages, insurance law and social security law). Behncke is also part of the professional liability team, which handles a number of cases against different kinds of professional practitioners, and has particular expertise in the area of auditor’s liability.
