Morten Goller

Partner Morten Goller works with dispute resolution, including litigation and negotiations, in public procurement, competition law, contract law and constructions, and tax law. He also advises Norwegian and foreign clients on state aid and competition law and has particular expertise on public procurement. Goller has previously worked for the Attorney General (Civil Affairs) and is a member of the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement. He is admitted to the Supreme Court and litigates regularly before Norwegian courts. Goller also has experience from international arbitration and the EFTA Court.

The advice to clients in the public sector includes quality assurance of tender documents, as well as legal investigations of all types of procurement law issues that arise during the procurement process, and also an assessment of any potential consequences in connection with this. In addition, Malene works on subsequent contract follow-up, as well as conducting a number of assessments of the legality of variations after the contract has been entered into.
