Mansoor is AMJ’s founder, managing partner and head of the corporate commercial and dispute resolution departments. Mansoor’s specialist areas of expertise include banking and project finance, Islamic finance corporate, natural resources, projects and infrastructure, regulatory, transport, telecommunication real estate and construction, and dispute resolution Mansoor advises private and governmental organizations on wide variety of legal issues both contentious (including arbitrations) and non-contentious  on major commercial and structural projects involving a diverse range of banking, commercial, construction, international corporate and project finance, Islamic finance M&As, privatisations, insurance, capital markets, corporate governance, Islamic law, tax, telecommunications and civil aviation sector, HR/labour matters. Mansoor is a listed Oman Court of Appeal arbitrator who enjoys rights of audience before the Supreme Court.

Jamie Gibson is the Managing Partner of Dentons' Muscat office and heads up our tier 1 ranked Corporate practice in Muscat. He has been practising law in the Middle East since 2008 and has over 20 years' experience working on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including advising international and local clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring's, company establishments, and general commercial matters such as commercial agencies, statutory compliance and corporate governance. He is an expert on foreign direct investment in Oman and has advised clients in a wide range of sectors, including defence, engineering & construction, FMCG, education, oil & gas, banking, logistics, manufacturing and infrastructure.
