Ricardo Andrade Amaro joined the firm in 2002 and became partner in 2015. He is head of the M&A team. A lawyer with great experience in corporate and commercial law, M&A, securities law, as well as in energy law. He has been very active for national and international clients in high profile cross-border transactions. He has also acted in several high profile securities offerings in Portugal and regularly advises major clients in the energy sector.
