Olga Beláňová is a Founding Partner of BBH SK. She heads the Litigation and Arbitration and Insolvency and Restructuring departments and is a Co-head of Real estate department in BBH SK. Ms. Beláňová is a long-standing legal advisor in many different real estate projects for Erste Group Immorent (Erste Group), PPF Group, YIT and Generali. In the Litigation area, Ms. Beláňová leads and has led the representation of both Slovak and foreign clients in various significant disputes, including those arising in bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring processes. Currently, Ms. Beláňová represents Waldviertler Sparkasse Bank AG (a member of Erste Group) and other significant banking and non-banking creditors in many disputes and bankruptcies. Olga has also acted for clients such as PPF Group, Erste Group Immorent, CSG and YIT as legal advisor in a number of M&A transactions.

Peter Kubina is the Managing Partner of Dentons’ Bratislava office and Head of the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Criminal law Practice in Dentons’ Bratislava office. In his practice, he focuses on dispute resolution matters in various areas ranging from criminal law and civil, employment and commercial litigation to constitutional matters and strategic litigation, as well as performing the function of an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. Peter occasionally lectures at Comenius University on topics related to constitutional law. He speaks Slovak and English. Peter was the Adviser to the President of the Slovak Republic for Law, justice and matters of constitutional law .  Currently, he is legal counsel to the President of the Slovak Republic in constitutional litigation proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic and other formal legal proceedings before other justice and law enforcement bodies.

Roman Vydra is a Partner with BBH, specializing in Contract Law, Corporate Law and general Commercial Law. As a member of the BBH team, Mr. Vydra recently participated in client acquisition projects in various commercial areas as well as in several real estate transactions, including the provision of advisory to clients like PPF Group, Erste Group Immorent, CSG and YIT. Mr. Vydra also focuses on the Litigation field, in which he has represented creditors in the enforcement of their claims within litigation proceedings, insolvency proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. In this regard, Roman has represented clients like Slovenská sporiteľňa, a. s., Waldviertler Sparkasse Bank AG (a member of Erste Group) and other significant bank-loan creditors.
