Recent work highlights include advising on the sales of the Cobra Insurance Group to PIB and Aston Lark Insurance Group to Goldman Sachs and leading the Cripps team advising the Pack family on the management buyout of Holiday Extras. James continues to advise our banking clients and has close relationships with Handelsbanken, Santander and HSBC amongst others.

Simon has a particular focus on the impact of sustainability on business transactions and is one of the firm’s contact partners for Multilaw which is one of the world’s leading associations of independent law firms.
