Her caseload consists mainly of claims concerning severe brain injury, amputations and other multiple traumatic injuries. Historically most of her cases have damages valued in excess of £1m. She has dealt with a number of cases involving children who have sustained severe brain injuries and liability has been in dispute. She has dealt with claims involving periodical payments. She has handled a number of cases involving serious injuries arising from falls from heights where alcohol was an issue. She has investigated and defended numerous complex EL claims involving a number of parties such as employers, main contractors and occupiers.
