Bernard Vischer, LL.M.

Bernard Vischer is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer's Geneva office, where he heads the private wealth group. Bernard advises private clients in private banking matters, trusts, estate planning and philanthropy. He especially advises entrepreneurs and families on governance, dispute prevention and succession in privately held/controlled businesses. He is a professional coach certified IDC. He also has extensive practical experience in corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on the shipping and aviation industries.

Tina Wüstemann

Tina Wüstemann heads the private client team. She advises Swiss and foreign private clients, executives as well as entrepreneurs regarding complex estate and succession planning matters including trusts, prenuptial agreements, wills and relocations to Switzerland. Tina Wüstemann also advises charitable foundations and represents clients in contentious trust and estate matters as well as the administration of large international estates. Tina Wüstemann publishes regularly and frequently lectures on trust and estate matters in Switzerland and abroad. She is chair of the Zurich Annual Conference on International Trust and Inheritance Law Practice and serves as board member in several international charitable organizations, as member of the advisory board of the Department of Economics, University of Zurich and as board member of the ETH Zurich Foundation. The STEP Private Clients Awards recognized Tina Wüstemann 2022 as "Trusted Advisor of the Year". She was further awarded with the Europe Women in Business Law Award 2022 as 'Best in trusts & estates', marking the sixth time she has received this recognition following 2021, 2020, 2019, 2017 and 2014. In Chambers and Partners HNW Guide 2022, Tina Wüstemann is listed in Tier 1 for Private Wealth Law in Switzerland. Caroline Lopez Nagai

Caroline Maria López Nagai is a Counsel in our Private Wealth Group in Geneva. She is specialized in cross-border estate / succession and wealth planning matters for individual clients as well as family enterprises including wills, lasting power of attorneys, guardianship. Her practice focuses also in advising and representing clients in matters related trusts, foundations, regulatory investigations (incl. administrative proceedings) and corporate transactions.

Andrea Dorjee-Good

Andrea Dorjee-Good is a Partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Private Clients and Estates Group in Zurich where she heads the practice. Her main areas of practice include domestic and international estate planning as well as trust and estate litigation.Experience: Advises private clients on all aspects of estate and succession planning including marital property agreements, wills, succession pacts, trusts and foundations Has extensive experience in complex trust and estate disputes and the administration of large international estates

Catherine Grun mainly focuses on inheritance, estate and family law (including marital and marital property law), foundation law as well as employment, corporate and contract law. Her work also includes dispute resolution in these areas.

Patricia Guerra

Patricia Guerra is head of the private clients team in Zurich and head of the Latin-America desk of the firm. She has extensive experience in advising UHNW and HNW individuals and families in all personal matters and matters concerning family assets as well as in philanthropic endeavours. Patricia Guerra continuously deals with cross border issues and regularly takes on the legal leadership necessary to coordinate teams across various jurisdictions. She is fluent in English, Spanish, German and French and has command of Portuguese and Italian.

Daniel Leu

Daniel Leu advises private clients and family offices on wealth and succession planning, on the handling of estates, in connection with foundations and trusts and on questions in connection with the place of residence. Other areas of work include advising clients who buy or sell real estate in Switzerland and art law. Daniel Leu is a Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law and publishes regulary in the field of inheritance law. He has published extensively and frequently lectures on trust and estate matters in Switzerland and abroad. In addition to his practice, Daniel Leu is a lecturer at the University of Muenster, Germany (Master of Law in Inheritance Law & Corporate Succession). Partner. Claudia Suter heads Homburger's private clients team and is a partner in Homburger's tax team. She advises private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs in connection with succession and estate planning, in particular in the areas of tax, inheritance and family law, as well as migration law. She further advises foundations on all tax issues that arise.

Maud Udry-Alhanko

Maud Udry-Alhanko is partner in the private client group of the law firm MLL in Geneva. She has an LL.M. from Duke University and is admitted to the Swiss and New York bars. Maud Udry-Alhanko has considerable experience in family law matters, with an emphasis on divorce and estate issues, most often with a strong international component. She also advises clients in their relocation to Switzerland, in particular with regard to their immigration, taxes, real estate, as well as matrimonial and estate planning. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
