Her practice focuses on partnership and corporation taxation with an emphasis on investment funds, real estate, and REITs. Rebecca has experience providing tax and structuring advice for a wide variety of international financial and business transactions, including private equity investments, investment funds, cross-border real estate transactions, cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
