This was an appeal by the Respondent, Cuan Tamhnaigh Teoranta, to the Labour Court of a Workplace Relations Commission (“WRC”) decision in which the Adjudication Officer found that the Complainant, Mr Declan McShane, had been unfairly dismissed from his employment with the Respondent.
