Kevin Allen is a Partner in A&L Goodbody's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department focussing on Financial Regulation matters. He specialises in compliance, regulatory law and corporate governance. He has particular expertise in financial services law and advises banks and financial institutions on all aspects of financial regulation and compliance and related matters. Kevin draws together all aspects of the firm’s expertise relating to regulation and compliance and offers comprehensive compliance and regulatory advice to businesses generally. He also has over 17 years' experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

Kevin is a regular speaker at conferences on regulation and compliance and corporate governance issues and is on the Irish Institute of Directors Legal Panel. He currently chairs the Asset Management Working Group of the Irish Funds Industry Association.
