Eoin Shiel is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Corporate department and part of the mergers & acquisitions (M&A) team. Eoin’s key areas of expertise are M&A transactions (in particular involving insurance companies, banks, and asset managers), corporate finance, corporate governance, takeovers, private equity investments, and shareholder arrangements. Eoin also has in-house counsel experience, having previously completed a secondment in the Irish branch of international life insurer Standard Life.
