Trond Lingaas is primarily working with petroleum and energy law, including assessment and counselling in contract law and regulatory matters. He regularly works for several leading energy companies and investors both in Norway and internationally. He has extensive experience with project work and project management from several domestic and international transactions (M&A) in the oil and energy sector. This includes contract negotiations, regulatory issues and government relations. He has been involved in many of the largest and most prominent E&P transactions in Norway in the last decade. He also has practical experience with upstream oil and gas activities through his work both with BAHR and through secondments.
