Robin is a specialist in capital markets, corporate M&A, especially on the public M&A side, debt financing and securities law. He is very experienced and has the mix of being a good lawyer while at the same time being commercially oriented. Robin spent 18 years at BAHR, from 2000 to 2018, the last 12 of them as a partner, before leaving to become a Director at Seatankers Management. We are delighted that he returned to the team in 2020.
