Halvor is a member of BAHRs practice group for Real Estate. Halvor, who joined BAHR in 2015, has extensive experience in advising clients on construction matters in a wide variety of projects, among others within commercial real estate, public and private infrastructure, industrial projects, and projects in the energy market. Halvor advises our clients during all project phases, from contract strategy and contract negotiations, through the project execution phase as well as final account settlements. Halvor is experienced in construction dispute resolution. He regularly handles high value disputes through mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings. Halvor also advises in other aspects of real estate development, such as lease agreements and real estate regulatory matters.
