Lars Olav is an up-and-coming transactional lawyer and one of our most experienced managing associates. Throughout his career, he has worked on a variety of complex domestic and cross-border M&A projects. He regularly advises private equity firms, industrial businesses and other clients on mergers, acquisitions and investments in the technology sector and other areas such as energy and retail.
