Sisse Langberg Lassen advises leading Danish and non-Danish enterprises on complex legal disputes and has for a number of years assisted clients in legal proceedings before the Maritime and Commercial High Court and the Danish high courts.

She also advises clients on drafting and negotiation of agreements regarding intellectual property rights, including licence agreements and co-existence agreements as well as tax-related issues in this connection.

Sisse represents clients in a broad range of industries, including retail, pharmaceutical, media and technology enterprises.

She has extensive experience giving lectures to enterprises on, among other things, trademark law and intellectual property law.
