Work highlights

Advised Nel ASA in the negotiation of a worldwide licence and technology transfer agreement for alkaline electrolysis technology with Reliance Industries.
Represented Danish Crown in the first Danish marketing climate case before the High Court of Western Denmark and subsequently before the Danish Supreme Court concerning alleged greenwashing claims and marketing law violation against Greenpeace, the Danish Climate Movement and the Vegetarian Society of Denmark.
