Counsel, specialised in representation before labour and social courts, optimization and implementation of working time models, employee data protection, drafting of management and employment contracts, downsizing or termination of employment.

Johannes first joined Binder Grösswang from 2011 to 2013 as legal intern. Since 2014 he has been working for Binder Grösswang initially as an associate, and since 2018 as an attorney at law. He studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2010), executive management at the FHWien University of Applied Sciences of WKW (MA 2013) and obtained his postgraduate degree at the University of California Los Angeles (LL.M. 2017).
