Binder Grösswang advised Nordstjernan AB and Etac AB together with Gernandt & Danielsson on the acquisition of all shares in KLAXON Mobility GmbH.

Klaxon was founded in 2015 and specialises in the development and production of power assist solutions for people in wheelchairs.

Etac, a portfolio company of Nordstjernan, develops and supplies market-leading, assistive devices for people with disabilities and patient mobility products. The company has a turnover of EUR 350 mio and employs more than 1,300 people and sells in more than 70 countries.

The Binder Grösswang core team consisted of partner Philipp Kapl (lead), senior associate Vilma Kivilahti and associate Matija Bernat from the Corporate / M&A team.
