Cederquist has represented Qliro Group AB (publ) in its divestment of Lekmer AB and Scandinavian Kids Group AB.

The Cederquist team

consisted of Lars Bärnheim, Tone Myhre-Jensen, Magnus Staaf, Sebastian Rosvall and

Viktor Eriksson. On 25 April 2017, Qliro Group announced that the company had

entered an agreement to sell its subsidiary Lekmer to Babyshop. The transaction
