Christoph Reiter is an IT/TMT and Restructuring partner at CERHA HEMPEL. He co-heads the firm’s Tech & Digitalization as well as Restructuring Practice Group, providing legal advice with a special focus on IT & tech contracts, venture and tech transactions, restructurings as well as e-commerce. Another major part of his work relates to cybersecurity related supply chain management from a contractual point of view, in particular based on the requirements of the NIS 2 Directive and the Cyber Resilience Act. Christoph has ample experience with cross-border work and has been advising national and international clients on, in particular, mid- and large-scale IT and M&A projects for many years. He frequently speaks and writes on topics within his areas of expertise.
