Head of CERHA HEMPEL'S Real Estate & Construction Practice Group, Peter Vcelouch, is well-respected for his expertise in national and international construction-related matters. He regularly advises on planning and construction contracts and represents clients in claim management matters and in construction-related litigation and arbitration proceedings. Recently he advised, inter alia, Austrian SES Spar European Shopping Centers, one of the biggest shopping centre developers, owners and managers in Austria and Central Europe, with respect to several real estate and construction projects. Furthermore, he regularly advises Lidl Österreich on real estate and construction-related matters and Vienna International Airport on construction law issues. Peter also advises national and international clients in commercial litigation and arbitration issues, in particular with respect to large scale construction projects.

Peter is active as a frequent lecturer at imh Institut Manfred Hämmerle GmbH (previously IIR Institute) with respect to real estate matters, and he is also active as a permanent lecturer for construction-related matters at the Chamber of Architects.
