Michaela has represented and advised national and international clients in commercial litigation for almost 20 years. She specialises in public procurement, insurance, construction and contract law. She is a partner with CERHA HEMPEL since 2019. During her time with the firm, Michaela has managed to establish herself in all matters pertaining to insurance law. Many of her clients have increasingly come to rely on her expertise in matters such as fidelity insurance liability law and professional liability. A record of excellence has come to define her professional career and continues to entice new clients.

In addition to her work as partner with CERHA HEMPEL, Michaela is also a regular speaker on matters of procurement law and is frequently invited to participate in conferences, in particular, by the Lawyer’s Academy (Anwaltsakademie, AWAK) in Vienna.
