Pina joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2020, as Partner and head of the Energy Department.
She specialises in administrative law, both in and out of court, with particular reference to the legal-regulatory context relating to the exercise of administrative action, environment and energy, urban planning and construction, public contracts (including PPP) and administrative penalties.
She has a decade of experience in acquiring, financing and refinancing renewable and traditional power plants, providing assistance, where needed, to banks (national and international), institutional investors, investment funds/private equity funds (national and international) and other energy companies.
