Chiomenti houses a team of experienced practitioners whose focus ranges from oil and gas and renewable energy to biomass, bio-fuel, energy efficiency and regasification matters. They can regularly be found advising clients on a range of energy-related matters including project development, project financing, PPAs, acquisitions and regulations. Practice head Carola Antonini maintains a broad practice, encompassing renewable energy projects, infrastructure deals, public tenders and gas transport and distribution, while Mario Roli advises industrial operators and funds on acquisition transactions.
