Partner - Head of Dispute Resolution.

Main practice areas: Litigation and Arbitration, Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Private International Law, Inheritance Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property and Competition Law, White Collar Crime.

Particular focus on:
(i) complex cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on the financial industry, aviation, and shareholder disputes,
(ii) high-profile and bet-the-company disputes, as well as
(iii) white collar cases (fraud, embezzlement, including tracing and freezing of assets).

Also acts regularly as expert for Swiss law in high-stake disputes before foreign courts and arbitral tribunals, including cross-examination as Part 35 Expert under the UK CPR.

Further practice areas:
i) recognition and enforcement of judgments and awards,
ii) internal investigations,
iii) injunctive relief, and
iv) inheritance disputes.

Regularly publishes and lectures on national and international civil procedure law as well as inheritance law, and acts as editor in chief for civil procedure law for a case law periodical.
