Partner, Head of Banking & Finance Practice Group. Adrian Dörig is primarily active in banking and finance. He specialises in structured finance transactions, in particular acquisition, restructuring and lease financing. He also deals with regulatory and contractual issues relating to financial services, collective investment schemes and asset management. In addition, he advises clients on M&A projects and real estate transactions.
