Senior Associate

Ana Guedes Teixeira specializes in structuring and implementing financing transactions, debt restructuring, debt issuance, sales of non-performing loan portfolios and private equity. She also advises credit institutions and management companies of investment funds on compliance and regulation.

From 2012 to 2022, she worked at SLCM - Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a full-service law firm with over 60 years of activity that merged with Cuatrecasas in 2023.

Previously, she worked at other law firms in Portugal.

She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
