With extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in the banking & finance area, she has rendered advice in debt restructurings, structured finance, corporate finance, privatizations, and project finance transactions.

Margarida Leal Oliveira advises companies and financial institutions, with particular emphasis on the sectors of highway concessions and PPP in the areas of health and energy.

She was an Assistant Lecturer of European Law and Property Law at the University of Lisbon Law School, 1997-2000.
