For several years, she has specialized in criminal, civil and medical law, focusing on medical liability, counseling and representing various healthcare professionals working in public and private institutions.

Between 2000 and 2006, she was a partner in another law firm, working across all fields, but with a focus on civil and labor law, particularly accidents in the workplace.

Menção Honrosa (honour) granted by the Porto District Bar Association, in the scope of the Dr. João Lopes Cardoso Award, for the work "Estudo Jurídico Comparado sobre o Assédio Sexual” (comparative legal study on sexual harassment).
